Returns Policy

We do accept returns and we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Any defects or issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 days of us receiving the package. We initiate the refund process within 24 hours, but, it takes a few days for it to reflect on your account based on your payment method.

If you need to return an item, please contact us via our live chat support or e-mail with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 


Shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide. However, for a few very remote places, we might charge you an extra fee and the same will be communicated to you as soon as you place your order. 

All our items are made to order and are dispatched within 3-5 business days for both domestic as well as international orders from the date of order. The transit times vary from 2 to 7 days for domestic orders and  3 to 9 days for international orders, based on your location as well as the weight of the package. You will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched so that you can monitor the journey of your package and for delivery time estimations.
